Made to order items cannot be returned. We do accept returns or exchanges for wrong items, wrong sizes, damaged products, or incorrect/different prints. In case of lost shipments we'll promptly resend the products free of charge.

Machine wash with cold water and mild detergent. Hang dry is recommended. If ironing is necessary, do so inside out, and do not iron the decoration.
